1. About Us
AIP Digital, a limited liability company registered with the Monaco Trade Register under number 56S00433, sells posters related to the Monaco F1 Grand Prix, without limitation. This activity is conducted via the website https://www.monaco-f1-posters.com.
2. Preamble
AIP Digital invites Users to read these Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (hereinafter referred to as “T&Cs”) carefully. Placing an Order implies full acceptance of these T&Cs.
The characteristics of the Products are specified on the Website. It is the Client’s responsibility to consider them before making a purchase. The photographs and graphics presented on https://www.monaco-f1-posters.com are not contractually binding.
The Client acknowledges having read and accepted these terms by ticking the designated box before confirming their online Order.
The T&Cs define the terms under which AIP Digital sells its products via the Website. They apply to all sales concluded by AIP Digital and take precedence over any conflicting document, including the Client’s general terms of purchase.
These terms are systematically provided to the Client upon request. In the event of modifications to the T&Cs, the version in force at the time of the Order applies.
3. Definitions
- “Client” refers to either a Business or Consumer who has placed an Order via https://www.monaco-f1-posters.com.
- “Order” refers to any purchase made by a registered User on the Website.
- “Terms and Conditions” (T&Cs) refers to these general conditions of sale and use.
- “Consumer” refers to an individual purchasing for non-professional purposes and outside of their professional activity.
- “Products” refers to tangible items available for sale on the Website.
- “Business” refers to an entity or individual making a purchase within the scope of their professional activity.
- “Website” refers to https://www.monaco-f1-posters.com.
- “Company” refers to AIP Digital, the publisher of https://www.monaco-f1-posters.com, as described in section 1.
- “User” refers to anyone using the Website.
4. Registration
Registration on the Website is open to all legal and natural persons who are of legal age and possess full legal capacity.
Using the Website requires User registration, which is free of charge.
To register, the User must complete all mandatory fields; otherwise, registration cannot be finalised.
Users guarantee and declare that all information provided at registration is accurate and up to date. They commit to updating their personal details via their account section whenever necessary.
Each registered User has a unique username and password, which must remain confidential. Any unauthorised disclosure may result in the deletion of the User’s account. AIP Digital is not responsible for identity theft. If a User suspects fraud, they must immediately notify AIP Digital.
Each User, whether an individual or a business, may hold only one account on the Website.
In the event of non-compliance with these T&Cs, such as creating multiple accounts for a single person or providing false information, AIP Digital reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete all associated accounts.
The deletion of an account results in the loss of all benefits and services acquired on the Website. However, any Orders placed and paid for before deletion will be honoured under normal conditions.
If an account is deleted due to a breach of the T&Cs, the offending User is prohibited from re-registering without the express permission of AIP Digital.
5. Orders
The User can access a summary of their virtual cart before confirming the Products they wish to purchase by clicking the “Order” button.
The User must provide a valid delivery address, shipping method, and payment details to finalise the Order, thereby forming a sales contract between them and Monaco F1 Posters.
Once the Order is placed, the User will receive a confirmation email summarising the details and delivery information.
AIP Digital may apply discounts, rebates, and promotions based on the number of Products ordered or the frequency of Orders, in accordance with the applicable conditions.
6. Products and Pricing
The Products covered by these T&Cs are those available on the Website and sold directly by Monaco F1 Posters.
Product descriptions include all essential characteristics. Sales are subject to stock availability. AIP Digital is not responsible for stock shortages or the unavailability of a Product.
The prices listed on the Website are in euros (€), including all taxes (TTC), but exclude shipping fees, which will be displayed before finalising the Order.
No User can claim past promotions or discounts that are no longer in effect at the time of the Order.
7. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise stated, all sales require full payment at the time of ordering.
AIP Digital reserves the right to request an advance payment or full settlement upon placing an Order or receiving an invoice, depending on the Order’s nature or amount.
Payments can be made via secure credit card transactions.
8. Delivery
Products are shipped to all EU countries, the United States, Canada, Switzerland, and Monaco.
AIP Digital will make every effort to ensure timely delivery, although delivery times may vary based on the Client’s location.
If delivery is impossible due to an incorrect address provided by the Client, AIP Digital will contact them as soon as possible to obtain the correct details. Any additional delivery costs will be borne by the Client.
AIP Digital cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to peak seasons, force majeure events, or issues attributable to the carrier.
Deliveries are made via Colissimo to the address provided during the Order.
9. Complaints
Clients have 15 days from delivery to file a complaint about any Order. They must check the condition of the Products upon receipt. If no express reservations are made at the time of delivery, the Products will be considered as received in good condition.
To submit a complaint, the Client must send a statement to hello@monaco-f1-posters.com, including supporting documents such as photos and the delivery receipt.
AIP Digital will repair, replace, or refund the Product as quickly as possible, provided that it is eligible under stock availability and feasibility conditions.
10. Right of Withdrawal (for Consumers)
Consumers have 15 days from placing an Order to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for products listed under Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code.
To initiate a return, the Consumer must notify hello@monaco-f1-posters.com. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition within 10 days.
Refunds, including initial shipping costs, will be processed within 14 days after the withdrawal notice is received. Return shipping costs remain the Consumer’s responsibility.
11. Risk and Ownership Transfer
AIP Digital retains ownership of the Products until full payment is received.
For business Clients, the transfer of risks occurs when the goods are handed over to the carrier.
For consumer Clients, the transfer of risks occurs upon delivery.
12.Governing Law and Jurisdictions
These T&Cs are governed by Monaco law. Any disputes arising from these terms will first be subject to an amicable resolution. If no agreement is reached, the case will be brought before the competent courts of Monaco.
13. Acceptance of T&Cs
By placing an Order, the Client explicitly accepts these Terms and Conditions.
The Consumer acknowledges being informed about product details, pricing, estimated delivery times, seller identity, legal warranties, and return policies before purchasing.
